If traffic is steady I'd probably say its worth $25 x 10 for 10 months revenue then maybe another $40 for the combination of domain (lengthy) and site (cheap).

^ it is part of goggle's Terms of Service when using adsense is to provide a Privacy Policy.
If you breach Google's Terms of Service the end result is a lifetime Ban!
