Mass domain name check

Hey guys - question for you all.

I am looking for a mass domain name checking tool - I can use GoDaddy for this but the limit is 500 domains.

I would ideally like the option to upload a file with a large list - I have over 300k of domains to go through.

If you find something better that would be appreciated too.
