What advertising beyond posting on DnTrade did you do to get this result?

Very little Chris.

I had plans to email all of the hotel and venue managers in the suburb, but only got around to emailing three real estate agents in the area, none of whom responded.

The buyer is an online marketing guy, but I'm not sure what his plans are for the site.

With better marketing I'm sure it could have achieved twice the sale price or more, but time is always the killer...
