I'm after domain names / or websites with traffic. If the sites are developed and have a PR that's also a bonus.

I'm looking for names / sites in the following areas:

- website design
- solar
- heating and cooling

- Min: 500 UV's per month organic
- Not banned from Google Adsense or Adwords

If you cannot tell me what organic traffic levels a domain name is doing (i.e. if you don't have analytics for a domain name), i'm not interested.

For non-developed domains this information is largely irrelevant

Parking stats are always available, but vary dramatically simple by reason of the parking company used, the level to which the parking pages are customized and the search services used (eg. google vs yahoo / bing etc)

The only guide that is somewhat relevant is GKT

GKT is a guide, but not relevant in this instance as I am not looking for domain names which don't have any organic traffic.

Someone out there may have a domain name in the web design space for example getting 50 organic visitors per month. This traffic will usually come from either prior indexing in search engines or directories, backlinks from other websites, type ins etc.
