absolutely flabbergasted at the enormous interest in co-operative linking between brothers in the same industry - incredible. What chance do others have in getting ranking when we domainers dig deep and support each other.

my last post in here was back in July looking for links - ZERO replies. Count the posts in this section since (you will only need one hand )

I have about 500 parked dot com sites if anyone wants to have a link put on them - and yes they are 3D names - the PR won't exist but the offer is there in any case.

Reference my first post in here - "newbie looking for heaps of links" - thanks for the offers but I don't need any now

I am sending you some contact lenses as you either need them or some treatment for your selective vision - amazingly you continue to comment only on parts of quotes, more often than not out of context, rather than the whole of the post - your comprehension will improve as your reading improves with improved vision I would venture to say.

Maybe I will give you a bit of a hand ....... see (pun) when you read the post again you will note that I indicated thanks but no thanks (with just a pinch of sarcasm) that I do not need links any more - with 3 sites ranking on page 1 / 2 for a few search keywords / terms I figure I have sufficient links of quality at this point in time which I will continue to build upon - a lot of water has passed under the bridge since July .

So CNC stop being such a knowall prat - by the way stop wasting time responding to this and respond to my inquiry regarding your offer to sell some domains - or have you thrown the rattle out of the pram and don't want to sell to me ??

will do some more as I add some of my own. These pages have no ranking yet but I will be working on that - the "3D" should win some Google brownie points - yes/no ? Should have boosted your SER by 3798% by now (or in about an hour or so)

www.3dtelevisionchoices.com PR 2 thru 6 or 7 depending on search term(s) - PR 2 for "best 3D TV" for example - over 300 queries terms - U.S. targetted
www.3dtvchoices.com currently poor cousin to above mainly due to lack of age - PR 3 - 7/8 u.s. targetted
www.3DTVchoices.com.au - PR1 - 4/5 for various terms (best 3dtv, best 3d movies etc etc)
www.3dfox3d.com - PR2 - 6/7 for various search terms e.g. 3d tv, 3d cameras, 3d computers etc U.S. Targetted
www.3dfox3d.co.uk same as above - young site
www.3d3d.com.au same as above - interlinked to fox "group"
www.dazzlers.net.au PR3+ for hundreds of JEWELLERY search terms - only 7 week old site and streaming up the charts - high search volume topic (go figure, women and jewellery )

Please enlighten me ........ I was under the impression that page rank meant the page number that your site ranked on for a certain search term or word. Is that not correct??

Pagerank is an algorithm which gives your website a score from 0 to 10 based on things such as quality/quantity of inbound links. It has nothing whatsoever to do with where your website ranks in the serps.

General - I have read the Wikipedia explanation of page rank and now have at least some idea of what it is in relation to SERP and so on and that I was not using the right terminology - I should have been using SERP - thanks for the alert .

James - your comment intrigues me. Google Webmaster Tools shows x links to my site(s) - one for example, 3DFOX3D.com has over 800 links "to your site" using their terminology - does their terminology differ from the terminology you are referring to when you say there are no links pointing to my sites, at all. Are you referring to links of a certain PR value or something similar? I also get links showing when I use info feature of FF (WMTips.com) which shows over 400 Yahoo inbounds. I may be wrong but it appears that the info in WMTips is older than that in WM Tools ??

Good that you are studying up on Google PageRank and Search Engine Rankings.
It is apparent that you know very little about both of them, as do many so-called domainers.
It is a common confusion.

PageRank is the Number Between 9 and 10 that google assigns to sites/domains based on various criteria including age, traffic, RELEVANT links. None of these criteria are secret! Indeed Sergy Brin published a paper about his PageRank algorithm Years Ago.

PR0 Unranked
PR1 Some backlinks, age, traffic and RELEVANCE.
so on until
PR8 eBay.com
PR9 Apple.com, Youtube.com for example proving how even extremely popular sites still don't reach perfection
P10 Very few sites achieve this. Unless you are the size of Google.com

Be careful if BUYING domains with unusually high or suspiciuous PR as it can be faked easily. Conversely even low PR numbers does NOT mean name is low value as INCOME potential is not considered. PR should never be sole consideration when buying/selling domains.
