I just watched buyflowers go for $753 , and i recall hand registering richmondflorist for a client after it dropped and went back into the system BEFORE i knew what "drop" was, i'd say just 3 years ago.

Just shows you that richmondflorist went through the drops unnoticed which would be impossible today i think. The cllient makes good 5 figures p/a from it now so for the $20 to register 3K to develop it has been a pure bargain for her.

So just to show how young we are STILL just look at all the domains that didn't get a bid ! , and there is gold still out there.

TaxOptions didn't get a bid but Ned has told the story of moneybuddy ! in todays arena is that a goldmine missed?

just food for thought.

Yes indeed. Demands keeps growing (and shows no sign of abating) and so as long as it does, year by year values will continue to grow.

The 'not-worth-regging' become 'reg fee', the 'reg-fee' become $100 names etc etc
