carsalesperth.com.au is unlikely to attract a buyer due to the trademark issues with the biggies of the car business.
alcoholiccider.com.au is available for hand registration in all other extensions, including .com. This is a sign that there is no demand for the name. It's a bit like saying alcoholic wine, as cider is an alcoholic drink. Only the non-alcoholic varieties need additional specification beyond 'cider'.
alcoholicgingerbeer.com.au is only registered in .com and .co.uk, with both being parked pages, so again, low demand. The shorter GingerBeer.com.au is for sale at Sedo, so that gives you competition, as end users have another option. You could send out a few outbound emails and see if you get any response, however, being a 'long tail' term makes it a tough sell.
