Best of luck with the sale.
Have you done any marketing of the auction? I've sold a couple of sites on Flippa (and have one listed at the moment) and most of my decent sales have come from people that I contacted during the auction period.

Was about to contact some guys but flippa is down, so have decided to delay the mailout until flippa is back online.
Flippa will extend auction.

I will need to approve all bidders so get at least one bid in as I may not be able to approve any bids close to the end.

Update:
As far as I can tell I can use any payment or escrow option available....? Can somebody confirm?
If so I'll probably go with EscrowAngel.com.au
So in order of preference:

EscrowAngel (Awesome.)
FlippaEscrow (Untested)
PayPal (risky?)
Escrow.com (time consuming)

From the listing it looks like you've got Flippa Escrow, Escrow.com and PayPal listed as payment methods you will accept.
I'm assuming this means that the buyer could choose to pay you via any of those methods.
You could try editing it so that you don't accept paypal. Way too risky of a payment method to accept, considering the sale price.
