This is where Google shows Adsense ads to the visitor based on what sites they've visited previously rather than just the content on the current site.
I'm sure we've all seen it (eg seen an ad for an unrelated product whilst on a site and thought "That's funny - I was looking for that info last week!") but I'm wondering whether, as advertisers, people have seen any increased CTR.
I'd imagine it would work well by improving the CTR of those sites where it just seems stubbornly low no matter what you do.
Sites & domains that deliver high volume traffic but struggle for advertisers (ag thesaurus, distance calculators, recipes etc) may really benefit from this.
