getting a spate of emails offering

I am getting a spate of emails offering to sell me domains that are available to register
( not .au )
one guy suggested $10k would be a good price for a .me that is not yet registered
I figure this strategy must have been discussed in a losers forum somewhere
Or it is the same person using different emails

I normally get the offering of a domain i let drop a while ago ....with the reply being 'probably not considering i let it drop'

Lousy techniques aren't they, I've seen the "about to be released to the market" when it's not registered.

haven't had a .me email but many others and i di d post i picked up the hand reg of a .com i wanted and they tried to sell it to me first

its either a spider program or a sweat shop that pumps them out and hopes for suckers to bite
