Get well Honan!

I just wanted to give a big "cheerio" to Honan.

He and his family recently had an overseas holiday to Paris, and Joe was unfortunately struck down by a sudden illness. It was serious enough for him to be escorted back to Australia under his travel insurance policy.

Joe is in a rehab hospital in Melbourne, and is expected to make a full recovery by Christmas.

I spoke with him on the phone, and he is doing really well. He is his usual laconic and humorous self.

I'm sure you'll all join with me in wishing him the very best.

I went and visited him today ..... at one stage i suggested he was not quite 'sick enough' as he gabbled on in a very familiar routine over what i was trying to get across
