Fairfax sold OMG in 2016 to whom?

A few job type names such as mechanics.com.au and painters.com.au have been sold to www.oneflare.com.au

I got a reply from the new owners of the OMG portfolio. They said if a name did not resolve it was not for sale. They followed up later with a statement that none of their names were for sale but might be in a few months time. I still dont know who they are.

Fairfax bought about a third of Oneflare earlier this year. Perhaps they flung them a couple of premium domains as a welcome gift?
