If you are determined to hang onto them because you see the possibilities (or inside information from the manufacturer) then grab the .com equivelent since that is the market that sems to be targeted in the links you supplied and offer them to either the manufacturer, distributer or licencees of the product (depending on who is calling the shots) and see if they want them.

You may find though that licencees in pharms will often rebrand to their own so trademark or relevence may/may not become an issue depending on what they decide to call it....I think it may be a hard one to shift for profit at the moment, depends on the response from the people in the business and if it turns out they arent interested I'd chalk it (to experience).

Not a pro, just an opinion.
