As privacy and data monitoring seems to be in the Australian news lately..interesting to read how the UK Police are getting proxy "operators" to volunteer to transfer their domain names away.

http://torrentfreak.com/police-arrest-operator-torrent-site-proxies-140806/

"City of London Police inform TorrentFreak that they actually arrested the alleged owner of the domain names. The 20-year-old man from Nottingham was interviewed at a local police station and later released on bail.

Pending further investigation he agreed to voluntarily transfer the domains to the police."

"Domain transfers to the Police "

Probably already listed on Sedo. That'll cover the beer and strippers for the week for sure.

honest to GOD true story, i have a mate that use to own an adult shop OPPOSITE a police station on the gold coast.

he told me that every year a cop would come in and say " ben, we will be here next week" and then leave.

next week he had already got rid and stored a s^^T load of stuff and he would then get raided even though he was legit, the cops would take "evidence" but NEVER fined him or took the matter further, guess when that happened every year ?

JUST before the local police xmas party !!
