I really like it as a brand name and would develop it under a local seo company. A directory would be ok but yanno why bother

That said, it's market is relatively small and buyers won't be willing to pay much. The right buyer $100-$250. $500 on a good day

Brand competitors reach local & true local as well.

That would be a good one to dev IMO. Agree would be best for an SEO agency or a to dev as a local search engine.

it is a good name if you have a good budget to promote it, I wouldn't be letting go of it easily or cheaply.

HUGE effort to develop it correctly, HUGEEEE

nobody will pay you to list when hotfrog, truelocal, aussieweb etc are all free, you would need to run on google adwords or additional upgrades or services.

I'd look to aussieweb as a business model imho.
