I had a private communication with another member yesterday concerning a complaint that had been lodged against one of his domains (with auDA).
auDA had done the initial investigation, and the member gave a response etc. auDA then determined that the domain should be deleted.
I then asked him if he had then used the auDA internal appeals process. He said he wasn't aware there was one.
So for anyone else that doesn't know, auDA does have an appeals process that doesn't cost a fortune. It is $250 - but may be worth a go if you feel strongly enough about your case.
