Did auDA pressure someone at Accan to remove the Accan 27 Nov 2015 media release?

Seems very strange that ACCAN removed from their media release history the important 27 Noc 2015 auDA related media release?

Who at Accan removed it, what is their relationship to auDA and what pressure may have caused this from auDA or others?
