How long does it take for approval to join certain programs within DGM?

I applied over a week ago for some and still in Pending state.

Is it DGMthat does the approvals?

Anybody got some good contacts with DGM? I had some less than satisfactory communication with them in the past (won't name names).

I've had varied reponse times... but usually within 1-3 days. Guess it depends on the account manager and in some cases the Merchant.

Email the account manager directly, they will let you know what's going on.
I have had some cases where they've been waiting on the merchant.

Thanks guys, I have no idea who my account manager is, or if I even have one. I just joined with them a few weeks ago. Does it list it somewhere when you are logged in? I couldn't see it.

Yeah its in dgmpro. If you like PM me the program and I'll take a look for you... although some times the account mananger is 'self serve'.

I think it's mainly dependent on the merchant but the DGM guys might be able toi hurry things along or reverse a refusal

Like everyone else my DGM approval times have varied, but a lot of that I have found is based on the account manager.

DGM also just had one of their senior account managers move on last week, so depending on what the program is, a personnel transition could be causing a delay.
