I'm not a developer - generally I buy sites to park and ultimately sell to endusers.
But I've acquired some great domains recently, and think that the best way to maximise value on some of them is to develop them.
So I'm looking for someone who might like to do the "developing" part of the equation, as well as take a financial stake. There is good money to be made imho.
