It's not a strong enough term in .net to be of much value in my opinion. I think you would struggle to find a buyer.
Not a great development candidate either, given that there's high competition for the term, but low search volume. That means you'll have to put in a lot of resources to rank well, but you'll still be fighting over minimal traffic.
Under $100. I wouldn't bother renewing it personally.
