The person could be developing a website for it that's taking him years to create.
Maybe he's hand coding the html :)

I think I know what it means, you want the name and are not happy that you can't buy for the price you have offered, that is where it begins and ends.

I like your comments snoopy, but this guy wont even hear my offer - "Im not selling", "give me a moment to hear my offer", "As I said, Im not interested in selling it"

inactive domain for years, not selling it, single domain owner from what i can see, definitely not a domainer.

i understand the term cycbersquatting - but what do you call it when someone withholds a domain for the purpose of keeping it unavailable to the market? wrong...???

That is called someone who does not want to sell. Can I buy your pet dog? How much? Don't keep it unavailable from the market, there is names for people like that.

Make your best offer and if he won't sell move on.
