Stick with .com.au for 'location+trade' geo domains like your examples.

I own numerous window cleaning domain names in the .com space, (as it relates to my profession) to which I do not own the .com.au equivalent. Unfortunately here in Australia, we require our cctld as well

Having said that, I wouldn’t part with my .com place and trade names.
