Change of details for .au names

If you have a new shorter .au domain registered under your name as a sole trader with an ABN can you change the eligibility details to just being an Australian person or whatever other options you have with regards to local presence or does this constitute a change of registrant?

Your support staff told me it is a COR, which it clearly isn't as you stated, how does one change from ABN to citizen?

You have a few days when a domain is registered for a correction. After that it is a CoR
