Browser Problems

I have been working a project and finally did a file transfer today and got the first version of the website live, problem is the site looks fine on Safari but is out of whack on Chrome ?? The css is not working for some reason ?

Has this happened to you before and how did you tackle it?

I am on the latest version of Chrome

Have you got a link so we can check it out? Is it all the CSS or just some parts?

more info please:
is it WP, what theme, did you play with the css? did you make offline then uploaded it? or did you do it online and move it?
did it look ok on all browsers before you moved it? have you also tested it on different devices eg: ipad, iphone, android, tablet, large screen, apple?
the reason is if you have a problem, make sure you know ALL your problems, nothign worse then solving one only to find out another pops up ! eg: by fixing chrome you stuff up firefox.
you say safari, ahhhhhhhh run for the hillsssssss, is an apple you're using? what OS version?

Tim it is a private site (no wp) and i have not tested it on other devices or browsers, i did not expect this problem. Is there a good place to go to test via all the browsers? I wonder My Mac is running 10.9.5

1) why aren't you using wp? i know your knowledge depth so why are you not taking the EASY path???
2) mac, i hate mac, also ........i hate mac, and YES i said it ...... i hate mac. ( but love/d steve jobs and steve wozniak )

seriously, if i was you, i'd scrub the site and try to clone it to wp, i just did one this week, it took me a day, i just charge $1k and its DONE, i'll make money on the hosting and updates along the road, BUTTTTTT i'll have a HAPPY client.

AND i got an email today for another ! , 3 page website...easy money. but i'll actually make it a 1 page homepage that just links down the page.
eg: http://www.edgehairbyron.com/ one i did earlier this year.

you know me and numbers : 52 happy $1k clients = 52K, then hosting for another 5+ years .......yummy

maybe not the answer you want right NOW, but maybe what you need to SELL people in the future??
