OK......got really smashed last night, copped an absolute hammering from the "one who must be obeyed"

Checked out the auction this morning and picked it up. It must have been all those wrinkles in the eyeballs.

Does anybody have any experience, any at all dealing in this market. It would really be much appreciated.

Is a lease a better option than develop, or a 6 option with an outright sale?

Really need some help here.

Build a site, do a deal with a "National" botox clinic, generate leads and sell to them.

This will provide you with revenue and if the site does well gives you an easy target for a sale.

Now I don't resile from my comments above, but a friend who read this post asked me a good question. They wondered how safe this domain name would be given that the name Botox is heavily trademarked.

I still feel comfortable with it, but I thought I'd table it for discussion! All you battle scarred veterans out there - what are your thoughts?

Hi Ned,

I think you would be pretty safe if you built a site that wasn't detrimental to the Botox brand.

In addition to this I would make sure there was a good disclaimer down the bottom.

This is wise thinking apparently.

Apart from trademark stuff, the search term doesn't get any traffic and if you did get it ranking for botox which once again has minimal traffic, you could get some really valuable leads. Leads you will have trouble servicing unless you have a partner in cosmetic surgery, or someone mid-tier that will buy leads which you will find equals a lot of work.
