Seems like a real waste to leave it undeveloped. I would be quite happy to take it off their hands and develop a website at no cost all to them in return for giving me the domain name

Maybe one day they'll auction it off. Could be a good domestic tourism site perhaps.

This site seems to have a Robots.txt file indexed for many years yet no website, possibly a redirect.

But yeah needs to be developed.
