It is all a bit mixed up between the author not knowing if it is .com or .com.au. Even Boardman gets interview even though it seems to be about futuresuper.com. They seem to want to drop the "my" and the ".au" from their current domain myfuturesuper.com.au

To buy a .com.au domain, someone needs to have a connection with the name -- for example, holding a matching trademark or registered business name. This is in part meant to deal with 'cyber-squatters', shrewd internet users who buy up names en masse, in the hope that they will be worth something someday.

Did the IP solicitor really say that? What a False and misleading statement?

So what is deemed "deceptively similar" when a new commercial au namespace is introduced, having an exact matching domain to your own....?
