I have recently been reviewing a number of auDRP cases and it is very interesting to see that in all of the cases (which I looked at) whenever the Respondent won the decision, the Complainant did not come back to buy the domain from the successful Respondent.
It probably comes down to embarrassment and the fact that the Respondent's bargaining position is a whole lot stronger than before the dispute was filed. An important lesson for prospective Complainants...
