auDA members reject resolutions

Today auDA members voted to reject resolutions to remove auDA’s three independent Directors, Chris Leptos AM (Chair), Suzie Ewart and Sandra Hook.

The SGM had been called after a small group of friends and family, of several members requested it under the Corporations Act.

According to figures released by the assistant company secretary and counted under the supervision of KPMG, there was a 64% voter turn out by Supply Class members while a mere 29% of eligible Demand Class members voted. On the motions the results were as follows:
