Now this seems to be more relevant. I had supported the new CEO at the start 100% and I like many offered to help. But what does he care really if there is a new competing .au extension? What does he care if people complain? What long term investment has he actually got in the Domain Name Industry personally as a business, long term career or as a domain name registrant etc.

This was not posted by me but it now seems very relevant. Perhaps the person should have followed up even more and not accepted the brush off.
