Simon - Oz got a bill for $8.00. I think auDA do a prorata charge, then re-invoice you when full year is due.
This happened to me originally. All was fine.

Ok - well in order to vote at the next election, you will need a current membership. You will need to renew it before 31-08-2011. I'd put a note in your calendar a few weeks before then to contact auDA and get confirmation of your renewal.
Sometimes things can get lost in the mail.

tomorrow is the last day they can receive member applications for the meeting Tuesday ( at the meeting Tuesday they approve applications)
JOIN TODAY and Fax !! Its the last chance we have to get the numbers we will need to support our next vote supporting forum members runing for the AUDA Board. ( you must be a paid up member for 3 months before you can vote)
So chances are if you dont join now you wont be able to vote for the next auda Board Elections possibly.

I signed up for this late last year during that membership push but I never heard back from auDA regarding membership or anything else. Did I need to do something more?

Yes contact them tomorrow and see if your membership is active. Ask them also what benefits they offer members

Hi Simon will you be running for the AUDA Board again?
Any chance you can tell us what plans you have if elected? How many get voted in at the election to the AUDA board do you know? Should more forum members run also?
