Now that is an amazing stat!!!

7,296 of 10,000 newly registered domains on 4 Oct have logged at least 1 visitor to the domain from search engines, back links and direct type ins... That is some impressive results and totally unexpected to be that much traffic on soo many .au domains.

I agree that .au domains will explode - not requiring an ABN is a huge drawcard.

From a promotional perspective (of the au cctld) I hope it helps the .au space moving forward. I hope not many ‘new time’ visitors get confused via type ins and go to the wrong site!
