Would you register domains like these and if so, what would you do with them?

I tent to think not worth heaps but certain services such as dental, vets and lawyer may be worth a little more. Interesting to see what others think. Please note nothing is worth as much as Dubbo Dentist

I have sold quite a few service/suburb specific domains over the past few years. Helps a lot of the suburb has a high population & the service has a high organic search volume.

Price is mostly low-mid $xxx.
