GREAT question, the answer is NOOOOOOOOOOO and its important to me also sooo i rang the ATO, here's what she said.

also she said it would be backdated to budget release of 7.30pm 12/5/15 for purchases BUTTTTT, it MAY NOT get get passed and thus you can not guarantee it.
ALSO at the bottom of the article its very fuzzy as to what will be claimable, and i was told " we can not tell you what will be included in the bill"
i said " well what about a new computer? surely that would be a small business claim" and i was told " we can not tell you anything"
