The first two are very borderline, not really many potential buyers for those names.

Ringwooddentist.com.au, small market, lots of alternative choices and most places will be called "dental" not "dentist", especially the larger ones.

I don't know if I'd keep any of them, hard decisions need to be made.

Exactly what I thought when getting Dentist. Dental sounds so much better.

I can see FlatMates.com.au own StudentHousing.net.au and I get a few clicks every day so I'm unsure if I should try and put myself in the market, and list properties etc

Unless this is you life calling I don't think I'd be bothering that. Look at the revenue from parking to get an idea on potential. If it is consistently generating at least some money then it is a name with good potential.
