Would need to look at non Australian hosts, probably US.

From what I have been told very few sites use .com.au, I believe it is because of these laws.

Thanks for the replies.. So you think they would not be worth anything at all right now? Maybe I should just let them drop, but as they only cost peanuts to keep I may hang onto them for another 2 year at least. in the future the laws could change and they may be worth something rather than nothing (probably wishful thinking).

I think it is potentially a waste of money, even if the laws changed the names are not overly strong and it wouldn't necessarily mean the market for adult domains would improve much. Probably worth trying some kind of auction before doing anything.

You need to allow for Cor which is about $50 so any price you feel is worth your while I guess
