Just learnt (courtesy of an online friend) that you no longer need to get 25 fans to get a custom page URL on Facebook.

No more grovelling for "likes"!

I found this out yesterday, and I think it is fantastic. Going to be so much easier to brand stuff now. Thanks for posting this, I think everybody should be really excited.

I've managed to now brand two pages I had complicated URL's for. Very happy.

For some reason it won't let me choose a custom name for Computer Lessons Australia, but I'll keep going and see what I can do.

I have just registered two, and then when I tried for a third, it didn't allow me. I bet they have some sort of filter imposed.

Probably have to wait a couple of hours, or even a day.
