Maybe these reporters need to realise that small business is hurting and they can't expend on websites that bring small returns. The Internet is saturated with competitors and they can't afford bidding wars to show first page on google.

Not just your opinion. iinet hosting sucks. A limited system for their control panel that is completely devoid of being intuitive and a seperate system they call a toolbox for email management. Emails to their web hosting staff simply go unanswered.
