    Not sure exactly. It's a pay per GB setup, I don't think I use much space there at all. I used to send my full site backups there but now send these to Dropbox & Google Drive.

    There's always the risk of backing up hacked files no matter what you use. I like to think I have enough systems in place to stop the hacks anyway. WP Time Capsule keeps a daily backup of changed files and you can restore back to any day in the last 30 days. So you'd need to back up hacked files...

    Hard to send someone an email with a deal if you don't have their email. Yes it requires login but they are more likely to follow through if they have gotten that far too. So much more success and really warm leads not just tyre kickers.

    I use Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce. Sends automated emails at times you like with details of their cart and offers you set to help get them over the line. Lots of tracking included.
