auDA's latest Financial Report raises serious questions

What's the concern?? The Consultancy Expenses are detailed on page 22 of the report.

auDA blew a fortune which could have been avoided.

No accountability or transparency;
1. Who each "Consultant" was.
2. Any relationships they had to anyone at auDA past or present.
3. What was done for the amount paid exactly. Where are all the deliverables, reports etc.
4. Was every Consultant paid in line with auDA's role of only managing the .au namespace and Not foreign countries such as Timor Leste and .TL or their registry.

Cut the expenses, do a better job at management and auDA would not have had such a massive financial loss.

The financials, huge waste of auDA funds, mismanagement, lack of real accountability and transparency are a disgrace for such an important "Not For Profit".

Registry tender costs were $1.5 million of those consultancy costs and considering they had to deal with the opposition to the .au proposal I think they dealed with that quite cheaply on those numbers.

$4.2 Million for Consultants?

Where did any Consultant bill for dealing with opposition to the .au proposal? That would be really interesting to see.

$1.5 million for a registry tender is an incredible over payment.

How much where previous registry tender costs and how is this benchmarked against other tender processes Not For Profits or industry does?

Where is auDA advertising their tenders, eoi's, "Consulting", staff jobs, travel provider roles, legal roles and supplier jobs to the public for accountability and transparency?
