Is auDA in breach of its SGM commitments?

How can minutes become 5 months late? Are they even intending to publish them? They haven't even stated when board meetings are for this year either. It is now March. It seems to me auDA has not kept the commitment it made after the SGM?

They claim that technically they are not not publishing minutes, it is more a case of them not signing off on the minutes.
So how long can they hold off on signing minutes in order to not have to publish them? Only time will tell

Ah the old if we can't redact minutes to being meaningless, we'll delay signing them strategy.

Kinda makes a mockery of the commitment we received at the special meeting a few months back.

What was it for... transparency and a promise to publish the minuties in a timely manner?

It's a disgrace and an insult to members. Every day I'm thankful that I stepped aside for Ned last year. There's no way I'd want to be involved in this mess.

Time for new .au name space management. auDA.org.au and their auDAFoundation.org.au is not working...

We where all promised the new auDA Management would be better.. It is worse!!

They are damaging the .au name space reputation and devaluing the existing .au owners , creating a market uncertainty making people lose their incomes and jobs now, devaluing the .au namespace and for what?

Things will not improve under current auDA management. I feel I have been lied to and misled like others.

This is getting way too serious for fun and games.

All of this is making a very strong case for litigation against some people directly....... It will be impossible to defend it. The evidence is overwhelming. There is no use people thinking auDA money will save the, it will not. It will make it worse for them personally.

Negligence is a serious matter also.. If people knew things and did nothing.. NOW is the time to speak up. Do Not Go Down with the ship.

Shane smart move. No use you being on the Board no matter how good your intentions. You have dodged a bullet and a lot of problems...
