Is there a way to Flag .au domains that are fake or invalid registrations?

Hey All,

I'm getting sms bombed via a web server, as I can't block a number the link they are trying to push me to is a .com.au https://video animation inc .com.au/ when I do a whois, the ACN is not valid, and the ABN has been cancelled, the site's contact address is a US based number and business.

Is there a way to flag domains like this for review, and deletion, or a way to block server sms that has no numbers from getting to my mobile?

I would report this to auDA for policy breach, but also to CERT

I did another lookup but via the asic website, and the abn is correct but the company that are squatting on the domain are different, I'm not sure now, whether this is still a breach, what's the go on leasing the .au to another company even though you own the domain, especially if the other company doesn't reside in Australia? Is that legit?

Incase it was not clear the domain is VideoAnimationinc(dot)com(dot)au seems as though I'm on some video makerting mailing list, as I'm seeing a steady increase in video related spam, to both my phone and my email accounts. Stupid thing is, I'm already across video, I don't need some other marketers help on how to do it or to get video explainers done etc.

its one of our priorities as mentioned at the agm by cameron,
any reporting you do to auda in good faith is treated that way and i personally appreciate the feedback on this very important issue.

yes, auda receives queries from everyday people on these types of suspect domains.

It's one thing to complain about a domain, but i think there needs to be some verification on that form, I got sent an email from Mark about wait for it "inc.com.au" some one here thought that I wasn't going to submit the complaint and took it on themselves to use my details by looking up my details on whois, and submitting the complaint on my behalf, that's why i re-mention the domain above, inc.com.au wtf! Not the domain i was complaining about I broke up the url so there was no back link. There needs to be better verification in place to prevent fraudulent complaints. I replied to mark to dismiss the claim, as its false, haven't heard anything about it yet. it would be good if the form had a similar verification to ssl purchase, that we need to click the link in the email to go ahead with the claim, hence verifying our email, and details.

Through email with Mark, It's been resolved, regardless of whom ever sent the complaint on my behalf the domain that was raised was in fact using a cancelled ABN, and will continue to be investigated, as for the proxy domain which I was referring to this also is among a list of proxy domains identified and is also been investigated.

Just a follow up to this, the domain's have been added to pending deleted. So its good to see that real requests are investigated and dealt with according to the AUDA policies and procedures.
