Deloitte Report & .AU Panel Missing In Action

The Deloitte report, looking at the case for .au was supposedly started last year. Seems very odd to me that this still has been released.

I think everyone expected it to be a whitewash in favour of .au rather than a genuine analysis, but where is it? Is there a reason why AUDA hasn't released it? Surely it is complete by now.





And what happened to AUDA's "Direct Registration Advisory Panel"?

AUDA seems to have removed all references to it on their website but it lives on in our inboxes. What happened to the "independent experts"?

It sure would be great to get an update on these.

Is the report so damning that it was deemed better left on the shelf? Or is still being prepared? We can only speculate given the report has not been released and no further updates have been forthcoming.

Has the Direct Registration Advisory Panel been superseded by the Policy Review Panel? Did it make any recommendations to the auDA Board? Or was it disbanded before completion? Again, we can only speculate given the lack of updates on this.

Yep, wondering that as well. Maybe it is one of those paid marketing reports where it only gets released if favourable. That how the new tld study reports work.
