I wanted a couple of domains today. Thought the auction closed at 2pm!!! I would have paid more than the caught price smh

Contact the new registrant via whois maybe but of course be prepared to pay what you can first up to save you both time.

i've done that in the past, lost track of time, internet failure, brain failure LOL, i've NEVER found an acceptable out come to making an offer "post auction" from contacting them EXCEPT when its been dnt members other buyers seem to think their "ship just came in"

just my own personal experience.

I think the person who missed would usually need to be wiling to pay a lot more for it work out.
