I got an email from WordPress today regarding .blog domains.
The subject line is an epic fail.

Unfortunate typo. Rather fitting though, given their ridiculous premium pricing and the number of domains that they reserved for later.

mad!!! Maybe they are hoping that they will get half a dozen large corporates to pay the premium, to make the whole name space profitable. If they sold two of those domains, that is all they would need to meet their GTLD operating costs
