Premium Domain Names

This is something that Netfleet really need to get onto. I'm sure the top 10 are automated based on search volume and CPC, but they need a way to manually review them. Surely it's only a 5 minute per day job?
Agreed.
A constant stream of new domainers get suckered into purchasing these names when they see them prominently displayed like this, only to have them snatched away and appearing again on the list for the next newbie in line.

And it's on again. Both ebay.net.au and westpacc.com.au were registered earlier this week; and just as quickly, they are Policy Deleted again.

Whilst it is easy to ping Netfleet for how they market these, the fact remains that Ausregistry and auDA are benefiting each and every time too.

And just as quickly, both are back on Netfleet's list of top 10 premium domains up for grabs, with ebay.net.au at number 1 and westpacc.com.au at 4. Oh, and for good measure, raywhites.com.au at 8.
"And who's the next newbie in line? Yes, welcome to the domain gold rush. I'm glad you chose from our premium list. Enjoy ... for a day or two at least." :D

I just do not understand how they can continue to advertise names for 'sale' when they know it will be taken off the 'buyer'.
Regardless of how netfleet want to look at it, it's fraud.

It's not a good look. I tend to agree with Cam's comment on Domainer that it's the buyer's responsibility to know that they are eligible for what they're bidding on, but the top ten thing is definitely not good and should be an easy fix.

Agreed. On Drop.com.au the ebay domain is clearly listed as a policy delete, which even to a new investor should be a red flag. While the prominence of the domain on Netfleet's list and the lack of indication that it is a policy delete, gives a green light to the newbie and the impression that it is 'domain of the day'.

Yep, and RayWhites.com.au which was added to the list has now been registered.
The new owner has put up a "This domain is for sale landing page
Fill in the contact form below and give us your best offer for this domain.
Ideal if you run a Real Estate Agency and need some more traffic to your site
"
The ABN appears to be attached to a retail baby ecom website lol :S

It looks like someone from Netfleet has been listening, as ebay.net.au has been removed from their top 10 list prior to the drop.

i don't often go to netfleet these days but it was interesting to see that the domain list is purely alphabetical, no sorted names at top then moving into alphabetical.

That first happened immediately after they removed ebay.net.au and westpacc.com.au from the list.
