Domain name and page titles

Sorry in advance if I have posted in the wrong section but I would like some advice as to page titles in relation to the domain name.
I am building a website for a not for profit medical centre and their domain name is brams.org.au

Would I use BRAMS clinic as the page title or just clinic, another example BRAMS services or just services. The reason I ask is that there seems to be a double up of the word BRAMS when using a plugin called wordpress SEO. Please see screenshot.

The focus keyword should not be "brams administration". They keyword focus would more likely be "service (offered) administration"

For example:

If they were an Accounting firm it might be SMSF Adminisration. The user is already going to know it is brams from the domain name. No need to double up.

i don't do seo but i typed this to a client last night, its gibberish but it may help, i also said in the email "pay someone to do it"
-----------------
google will give you $100 free pay per click if you give them $25 , 1800-287-850
tell them you got something in the mail but now lost it. as they normally ask you for an ID number
you then put all your keywords you think into it and then you get to see what people REALLY are searchign for and not what you think they are, MAKE SURE, you select that they can't keep taking money from your card as they WILL, i suggest getting one of those temp cards from coles to be safe as i have heard HORRORRR stories about bills.
+ they will help you set it up
then get onto youtube and learn it,
the most important thing is not the key words but the " negative keywords, thats a list of key words you DO NOT want to be found for, eg: you sell rocks, you DO NOT want to be found for "rock and roll" you'll chew through the money in 1 day
also you can set limits per day, so say , stop my add each day when i have spent $3 , don't show my add before 7am or after 5pm etcccccccccc, ask youtube.

I would suggest that you expand the site's title from just "BRAMS" to it's full name "Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service" or maybe "Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service - BRAMS". This will allow you to cover more keyword terms on each page, still relevant to your target audience.

As Helloworld mentioned, people already know you're BRAMS by your domain name. By expanding the name it allows for people who don't know about BRAMS to find you if they were to search for terms such as "Broome Aboriginal Medical service"....

I had a quick peek at your website and would also suggest to update the alt tag for your logo image which reads "Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service" but only has an alt tag of "BRAMS".

Best title tag for the home page is -
Broome Regional Medical Service - BRAMS
Set up specific landing pages for other target areas and more GEO specific content assets for the site.
I notice many other sites are already targeting this on landing pages, could take a small amount of time to take them out as some are .gov.au and .edu.au sites.

i know its under construction but i don't know why your header has broome last ? doesn't make sense if you are brams. ( amsB)
+ if you have been @ since 1978 surely you have some information to put on the homepage right now, just a few paragraphs for google to grab onto, that will at least kick start you.

You usually have brand term at the end of the title tag not at the start.
The best way to format titles is [Generic] + [Brand]
Because usually you will rank for brand tho with generic it can be harder for some keywords.

Their has been some research into this and most of the basic guidelines push for that - https://moz.com/learn/seo/title-tag
