Dedicated servers

Just wondering who you are using for dedicated server or if you have any recommendations. So far I've contacted dedicatedservers.net.au and asked for a quote, they replied several days later saying they'd get back to me, Never replied, so scratch them.
Ventra IP look relatively cheap which kinda worries me. Most companies charge extra for management but they don't mention it. I just tried calling their sales dept. but was on hold to long. Also bit of a worry.
Servers Australia seem to be leading the way but their costs are rather high. I need to find some middle ground but with someone whom is extremely reliable if something goes wrong.
Oh, I also had a look at ozservers.com.au but they didn't leap out as amazing.

My main requirements are :

whm/cpanel
cloudlinux
200gig space but expandable as needed.
500g-11tb bandwidth (expandable)
SSD preferred.
Amazing security/firewall
R1 soft included. - back ups obv very important. I like the ease of r1soft but most companies seem to be charging a huge mark up on it. Seems easier to just buy direct from r1soft??

Your requirements are fairly standard except for the "amazing security/firewall" and the 11TB bandwidth. Most will have CSF/LFD install at the server level and then hardware firewalls further up the network. 11TB of bandwidth in Australia is going to be expensive - do you really need that much from a single machine?
All companies will charge extra for management, usually starting at about $50 a month for basic management.
What's your budget? Are you happy with a virtual server or does it have to be dedicated?

Sorry that was a typo. 1tb of bandwidth is fine. I'd prefer dedicated as I already want to move from a shared environment. With regards to the firewall, I just want to make sure whatever set up I get doesn't have issues with ddos etc. The type of management i am after is where I don't have to worry about things. In other words, I am looking for a reseller type arrangement but on a dedicated set up. Optimally I'd like to be around the $300 pm mark but not sure if that is achievable.

1TB sounds better :)
TBH, I think you budget is a little low if you need Idera included though.
Do you want single SSD or RAID1? Idera needs space to back things up as well so it has to be taken into account.
If you send me your details via PM I can get back to you with a quote.

I have been using ozservers.com.au for about 8 years and have found them very reliable and on a decent network.
$300 is a pretty tight budget for a dedicated server especially if you want an external firewall and a managed service.
Also a managed service means that they will look after your hardware for you but usually won't deal with your clients.
It all depends what you want to use your dedicated server for.
