End user sale

I don't actively sell domains, but I thought I'd share a quick success from today.
An end user contacted me via phone asking about a domain I purchased on the drops last year.
A few emails and another phone call later we agreed on a $x,xxx price and the money is already in my account.
He found the phone number via my company name in the whois.
It's the first time I've sold a domain to an end user in this manner so I figured it was worth sharing here.

must be a lucky day, i sold a domain today to an end user, got an email via the parked fabulous page.
normally i get offers of $10 !!! but this was a fair offer so i didn't banter just accepted and 2 emails later money will be in my account tomorrow.
also she wants to develop the domain so i simply asked if i could be one of her quotes to choose from.
i had plans for it but i know its going to take me a few years to get to based on my workload so best to give it away, ruby wants an ipad air3 when they come out before xmas so it will pay for that, so win win.

yes .co domains are the quiet achievers, I am seeing a lot of decent sales in the .co space
