You missed your baby because you didn't want to pay as much as someone else...

That is how auctions work..

Hi Italiandragon,
I see you had bid on Snapnames for a .com.au domain, I didn't know they offered this service for com.au domains? Have you had any success with other .com.au domains?

If you knew about it dropping why wouldn't you have backordered it on NetFleet?

Why wouldn't you had saved all your money to buy this?!?

Netfleet blocked the backorder on that one.

They are just incompetents. They do not even know if they offer it...

Netfleet blocked the backorder on that one.

That was because you tried to backorder it after we had listed it for auction.

Our T's & C's have always stated:

The Domain Snapper will only begin domain monitoring from 17:00 AEST (or 18:00 AEDT) the following business day (excluding any Australian state public holidays) from the time the order is placed.

This is because the service isn't meant to compete with the daily drops.

However over the last few months, people have still backordered domains that are already on the drop lists. To prevent people wasting their money, we now block backorders on already listed names.

I was not complaining about your service, I was answering to a question, you already explained me this. Unfortunately I did not know there was a backorder option till the last day.
